7-Y0[/embed]\nThis December\, Beth Prior Collective hit the road in a speci
al stripped back trio formation\, taking all the flavour of BPC's distincti
ve liquid dub sound and seeing what three musicians can do with just guitar
s\, voices and double bass.\nFeaturing "Beth Prior" on vocals and guitar\,
her long-time musical partner & jazz guitarist "Will Barnes"\, and acclaime
d jazz bassist "Aidan Thorne" on double bass\, the trio will be breathing n
ew life into their back catalogue\, exploring wonderfully different incarna
tions of familiar songs. With Prior's lyrical storytelling at the heart of
the music\, expect an eclectic mix of reggae\, soul\, jazz and dub\, as the
se three musicians invite you to share an evening of music\, stories and sp
ontaneous musical exploration.\nFrom their roots in the vibrant grassroots
music culture of the Welsh Borders to stages at Green Man\, Boomtown\, Nozs
tock and BBC Introducing at Latitude\, BPC have built a fiercely loyal foll
owing through their genre-blurring sound and captivating live performances.
Having also supported reggae legends The Wailers\, the collective now retu
rns with previously unreleased music from the archives and a new album set
for release in 2027 on House on the Hill Records.\nLive Music & Gigs in Shr
ewsbury at LOOP are all ages with an adult while bands are playing. Under 1
