LOOP is Shrewsbury’s independent home of live music, bringing together nationally touring artists, emerging talent and the local music community under one roof. Just moments from Shrewsbury Railway Station, our 250-capacity venue hosts everything from punk, indie and rock gigs to comedy, club nights, drag shows, spoken word and community events.
If you’re looking for live music in Shrewsbury or wondering what gigs are on this week, our calendar is packed with events throughout the year. Whether you’re discovering a new band, seeing an established touring act or supporting local artists from across Shropshire, every show at LOOP helps keep grassroots music alive.
More than just a music venue, LOOP is a creative space where artists, promoters, charities and local organisations come together. We regularly host live recordings, podcasts, workshops, fundraising events and festivals, creating opportunities for performers and audiences alike while strengthening Shrewsbury’s cultural scene.
