Former Inspiral Carpets frontman Tom Hingley comes to LOOP with his band The Kar-Pets for a night celebrating one of the defining bands of the Manchester music scene.

Hingley was the voice of Inspiral Carpets throughout their breakthrough years, fronting the band from 1989 to 2011 and singing on a run of huge indie favourites including “This Is How It Feels”, “Saturn 5”, “Dragging Me Down”, “She Comes in the Fall” and “I Want You”.

With The Kar-Pets, Hingley revisits that catalogue in a full live-band show, bringing the songs, energy and unmistakable vocals of the Inspiral Carpets era to an intimate venue setting.
